#051 – Mt. Chiyou 池有山 – 3,300m

Located on the north side of Sheipa National Park (雪霸國家公園), Mt. Chiyou (池有山) is a short side trip off the middle of the main ridgeline of the famous Wuling Quadruple/Wuling Sixiu (武陵四秀) route.

Located at the top of a small stone waterfall, this peak offers excellent views of Mt. Dabajian (大霸尖山).

Assuming a hiker is doing this route in the traditional east-to-west direction, after coming down to the main ridge from this peak, hikers will also pass by the famous Chiyou Tree, which is one of the most famous trees in Taiwan, and is a must-photograph location, before spending the second night at Xinda Cabin (新達山屋).
