Northern Taiwan
The most populous of the tourism regions, there are seven counties and cities included: Taipei, New Taipei City, Keelung, Yilan County, Taoyuan, Hsinchu County, and Hsinchu City. The SUP destinations in this region are both accessible and gnarly.

Eastern Taiwan
Eastern Taiwan includes two counties, Hualien and Taitung. It faces the vast Pacific Ocean on the East and leans against the Central Mountain Ridge on the West. The region boasts both coastal and inland SUP experiences.

Southern Taiwan
This region is sub-tropical and full of amazing destinations for SUP. Whether paddling through wetlands, above coral outcrops or from white sandy beaches. The region includes Pingtung, Kaohsiung, Tainan, and Chiayi.

Central Taiwan
SUPing in Central Taiwan means amazing sunsets, quiet waters and unique destinations. Central Taiwan includes Miaoli, Taichung, Changhua, Nantou, and Yunlin.

Off-Shore Islands
Other than the main island, Taiwan has plenty of small surrounding islands to explore. This means lots of amazing destinations to discover by SUP. Counties such as Penghu, Kinmen, and Lienchiang
