Here’s how we’ll work together to create your unforgettable experience:
Step 1:
Initial Connection
After you submit your custom tour in Taiwan request, one of our Custom Tour Planners will respond within 2 working days.
We’ll review your ideas and send you a friendly follow-up email to get the conversation started, along with some existing tour inspirations you might want to include.
Step 2:
Discovery Call
We’ll invite you to schedule a brief Discovery Call — a casual chat to better understand your travel goals, group needs, interests, and overall vision for your trip.
This is where we start turning ideas into possibilities!
Step 3:
Custom Itinerary Creation
After our call, we’ll design a tailor-made itinerary just for you. We’ll consider everything: preferred activities, accommodation styles, meal options, fitness levels, and any special touches you want.
Step 4:
First Proposal Delivered
Within 3 working days after our Discovery Call, we’ll share your first custom itinerary and cost estimate in a beautiful, easy-to-follow presentation.
At this stage, if you’d like to continue refining and planning, a non-refundable $100 USD planning fee will apply — but don’t worry, this amount will be credited toward your final trip cost once you book.
Step 5:
Feedback and Fine-Tuning
With your first custom tour proposal in hand, you’ll have the opportunity to review and share feedback.
We include up to five rounds of revisions to make sure everything feels just right.
We believe your trip should be as unique as you are — and we’re committed to making it perfect.
Step 6:
Confirm Your Adventure
Once you’re thrilled with the itinerary, we’ll send you an invoice for a 10% deposit (this includes the planning fee). This officially confirms your booking!
Your final balance will be due 30 days before your trip begins.
Step 7:
Final Details
After your deposit is received, we swing into action:
1) You’ll also get a checklist for any final touches or special reminders before your trip.
2) We finalize hotel bookings, activities, and everything behind the scenes.
3) You’ll receive a final detailed itinerary and invoice link within 10 working days.
Step 8:
Pre-Departure Support
Three weeks before your adventure, we’ll check in to confirm logistics and answer any last-minute questions.
We’ll also set up a private group chat with you, your guide, and our operations team (via WhatsApp or LINE) to ensure seamless communication before and during your trip.
Step 9:
On Ground Support
It’s time to let your custom tour in Taiwan begin. Rest assured, you’re in great hands.
From the moment you book until the day you depart, your Custom Tour Planner will be available to support you.
Once your trip begins, our on-ground guides and operations team will take over — ensuring you have expert support every step of the way.
